Senior Leader
Senior Leaders are responsible for providing support to the Program Directors in delivering outstanding Outdoor Programs. Senior Leaders will provide logistical and administrative support, as well as mentoring Leaders. Senior Leaders will stand in for the Program Director as required. Senior Leaders may also have a specific area of responsibility such as Mountain Bike Programs.
